Heard Mr. Vikas Kolekar, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Ms. Veera Shinde, APP for the State.

Applicant was released on Bail, vide order dated 09.05.2024 passed in Bail Application No.1099 of 2024, on the conditions mentioned in paragraph No.15(a) to (g).

By the present application, the Applicant has sought for the following reliefs:

That the condition in the order dated 09.05.2024 relating to reporting the NRI Coastal Police Station once a week i.e. on every Sunday between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. until the conclusion of the trial, be kindly relaxed."

After having heard the matter for some time and this Court having expressed its view of not being inclined to grant relief, Mr. Vikas Kolekar, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant, craves leave to withdraw the present application, by seeking liberty to renew his request in the event, charge is not framed in the case within a reasonable time. Leave granted.

Applicant is granted liberty to renew his request after six months in the event, the charge is not framed in the matter before the Trial Court. If such application is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 6.

The Interim Application No.306 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with the above liberty.
