This is an application for condonation of the delay of 147 days in filing the Appeal against the Judgment and order dated 21.05.2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan, in Atrocity Special Case No.163 of 2015. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the applicant is in poor financial state. She does not have any male member to look after her interest in her family.
