This Interim Application is taken out seeking recall of order dated 29th November 2024 passed by a learned Single Judge and to restore the Writ Petition to the file of this Court. 3.

Accordingly, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed by recalling the order dated 29th November 2024 passed by a learned Single Judge, by which the Writ Petition was dismissed for non-prosecution. 5.

The Writ Petition is restored to the file of this Court. 6.

Place the Writ Petition for 'admission' on 5th August 2025. 7.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
