By this Application, the Applicant is seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Respondent-Revisional Applicant. 3.

The learned counsel for the Revisional Applicant strongly objected to allow the Application and submit that if this Court inclined to allow the Application, Application be allowed subject to undertaking.

Considering the submission, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) The Application is allowed.

(ii) The Applicant be permitted to withdraw Rs.3 lakhs deposited before this Court by Respondent by filing usual undertaking.
