By this Application, the Applicant is praying for relaxation of the bail conditions imposed by this Court. 2.
The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that, this Court (Coram : N.W. Sambre, J.) by order dated 23rd December 2021 has released the Applicant on bail and has imposed the condition that, the Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station in first week of English calender month and Applicant shall deposit his pass-port. 73-IA-335-2025 IN BA-1568-20.doc for the Applicant submit that, the Applicant is attending Trial Court regularly and he will not leave the country without permission of the Trial Court. Hence, requested to allow the Application.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel, the Condition No.11 imposed on the Applicant to attend the concerned Police Station is relaxed.

The Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when required.
5.
The Investigating Officer is directed to return the pass-port of the Applicant to him.
6.
The Applicant shall take permission before leaving the country.
