P. C. :- 1) The Application seek condonation of delay of 60 days in filing the Appeal under Section 42 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.

Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant and perused the application, which raises a challenge to the impugned order dated 10/09/2024 passed by the Appellate Tribunal. It is specifically stated in the Application that the impugned order was received by the Applicant on or about 20th September, 2024 and it is in the wake of aforesaid event, he has computed the delay. 1/2

Since, there is no reason to doubt the bonafide of the said reason and the delay being ministerial in nature, the same is condoned. 2) Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). 3) List the Appeal on 8th January, 2026.

In the meantime, statement recorded in the order dated 16/10/2025 is extended.
