CORAM : PRITHVIRAJ K. CHAVAN, J.

DATED : 3rd FEBRUARY, 2025.

P.C.

Heard.

By an order dated 14th January, 2025, the Revision Application was rejected by this Court for want of prosecution since none appeared for the applicant.

Learned Counsel for the applicant Ms. Rebecca Gonsalvez invited my attention to para 5 of the application seeking restoration Digitally signed by REKHA PRAKASH PATIL Date:

2025.02.06 17:29:09 +0530 REKHA PRAKASH PATIL Rekha Patil

06-IA-349-2025.doc of the Revision Application wherein she had specifically mentioned that on 14th January, 2025, her name did not appear in the causelists, though she was aware about the said date on 16th December, 2024, when this Court, on that day, listed the Revision Application to be heard on 14th January, 2025 and thereby continuing the interim relief till 14th January, 2025.

Mr. Munde, learned Special Public Prosecutor admits that the name of the Advocate did not reflect on that day's board and perhaps, this could be the reason for rejection of the Revision Application.

However, in the interest of justice and to hear the Revision Application on its own merits, the order dated 14th January, 2025 is recalled and the Revision Application No.344 of 2016 is restored to it's original file.

Interim Application stands disposed of.
