Heard Ms. Yadav, learned APP for Respondent.

In compliance of order dated 03.03.2025, the concerned Investigating Officer has placed on record a report which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

It is stated in the said report that despite taking effort to trace the prosecutrix - victim she is not traceable. 4.

In view of the long incarceration of Applicant in jail since 2019 and present Application requiring adequate representation on behalf of prosecutrix who is Respondent No.2 in the present Application, Ms. Ilsa Shaikh, Advocate (Mobile No.7678021339) practicing in this Court is appointed as Advocate to represent and

The High Court Legal Services Committee of this Court is directed to give appointment letter and papers of the matter to the appointed Advocate forthwith in accordance with law through the legal aid.

Advocate for Applicant shall serve a copy of Application on the appointed Advocate forthwith. Appropriate instructions can be given by Respondent No.2 to the appointed Advocate so that the same can be placed before this Court on the next adjourned date. 7.

Learned APP shall inform the Investigating Officer to furnish the details of First Informant to the appointed Advocate and through the Investigating Officer also give the details of the appointed Advocate to Respondent No.2 / guardian of Respondent No.2. 8.

Learned appointed Advocate representing and espousing cause of Applicant is directed to remain present on the next adjourned date.
