Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant was found guilty for offences punishable under Sections 353 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code 1860 (for short "the IPC") and has been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 353 of the IPC and sentenced to suffer two months rigorous imprisonment. The Trial Court has suspended the sentence for appeal period.
