The Applicant was granted interim bail because of his health issues. The bail was granted for a period of three months from the date of the order i.e., 21/03/2025. Today, the learned APP, on instructions, makes a statement that the Applicant is still admitted in the hospital and is in serious condition.

2) Therefore, the interim bail granted to the Applicant vide Order dated 21/03/2025, is extended by a further period of three months from today.
