This is an Application for modification of condition (c) of order dated 7th October 2023, imposed in Bail Application No.348 of 2023.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that for the last three years the Applicant is attending the Police Station. It is his submission that the Applicant has no criminal history behind him and is not likely to flee from justice.

Learned APP though opposes the bail application, fairly concedes that the Applicant has no criminal history behind him. 4.

The condition in question was imposed in order to ensure that the Applicant will be available for trial. In such 24th March, 2026.

4_IA_418_2025.DOC circumstances, it would be appropriate to direct the Applicant to attend all dates of hearing before the Trial Court unless exempted. This will take care of apprehension of the prosecution. 5.

In view of the same, condition (c) of order dated 7th October, 2023 passed in Bail Application No. 348 of 2023 stands cancelled.

The Interim Application is allowed in the above terms and is disposed of.
