By this Application, the Applicant is praying for relaxation of the bail conditions imposed by this Court. 2.
The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that, this Court (Coram : M.S. Karnik, J.) by order dated 29th September 2023 has released the Applicant on bail and has imposed the condition that, the Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer of Tilak Nagar Police Station twice a month. 3.

906-2-IA-433-2025 IN BA-154-23.doc sheet has been filed against the Applicant and she is attending Court dates regularly. Hence, requested to allow the Application. 4.
The learned counsel APP strongly objected on the ground that, if condition is relaxed the Applicant may abscond. Hence, requested to reject the Application.

I have heard both learned counsel. perused order passed by this Court.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel as well as the Applicant is attending Court dates regularly, I pass following order.
ORDER
(i) The Condition No.(c) imposed on the Applicant by this Court (Coram :M.S. Karnik, J.) by order dated 29th September 2023 is relaxed. (ii) The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
