This Court by order dated 29.04.2024 in Criminal Bail Application No.1374 of 2024 has released the applicant on bail. The order in respect of furnishing surety reads thus : "(a) The Applicant - Pramod Vishwakarma s/o.

Santram Vishwakarma be released on bail in connection with C.R. No. 75 of 2022 registered with the Uran Police Station, District - Raigad on his furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two local solvent sureties in the like amount."

The applicant has stated that he is unable to furnish the surety as ordered by this Court. The applicant has stated that he be released on cash bail of Rs.25,000/- and he be granted time of Pramod S. Lakare This order is corrected pursuant to speaking to minutes of order dated 30.04.2025. 1/2

The statement made by the applicant that he is unable to furnish surety can not be doubted as, inspite of bail order in his favour, he is still in jail for more than seven months, I am therefore inclined to modify the order. In the result, the following order is passed.

ORDER

A] The applicant shall be released on deposit of Rs.25,000/-.

B] The applicant shall furnish solvent sureties instead of local solvent surities within a period of four months from the date of his release.

C] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station once in a month, i.e., on 1st Saturday between 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, till conclusion of trial.

The Interim Application stands disposed of in aforesaid terms.
