This Court by order dated 8th April 2024 in Criminal Bail Application No.206 of 2024 while releasing the applicant on bail, has inter-alia imposed the following conditions : "(d) The applicant shall report to the Mangalwedha Police Station, District - Solapur once every week, on every Sunday between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. till the conclusion of the trial. The Police Inspector of Mangalwedha Police Station, District- Solapur to communicate details thereof to the Investigating Officer."

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the trial is at the stage of framing of charge and not likely to be Zeenat Pathan
917-IA-452-2025.doc concluded in near future as there are cross cases. It is submitted for last one year the applicant has attended the Police Station in terms of condition in question. It is submitted that the condition in question be thus relaxed. 3.
On the other hand, the learned A.P.P. for the Respondent-State submits that considering the nature of crime, the condition in question was imposed and therefore, it may not be relaxed.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances, I am inclined to modify the condition in question. 5.
The applicant shall attend the Mangalwedha Police Station, District : Solapur once in a month i.e. on First Sunday between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. instead of once in a every week till conclusion of trial.

The interim application is disposed of in aforesaid term.
