This Application has been filed by the brother of Nasreen Mansoori. Similarly, the Informant had filed a bail Application before the Sessions Court in connection with an F.I.R. lodged by Nasreen Mansoori. The said Anticipatory Bail Application filed by the present Informant was rejected.

Both the Advocates submit that the matter be placed next week to allow the parties to sit together and attempt to reach out a mutual Amol D. Nawale
