Criminal Bail Application No. 2462 of 2024 is in respect of an Application for bail by Accused No. 3, whereas Criminal Bail Application No. 5137 of 2024 is an Application for bail by Accused No. 10. Criminal Application No. 268 of 2022 is an Application seeking cancellation of bail granted to Accused No. 1. 3.

All the abovesaid accused are involved in Crime No. 37 of 2021 dated 18th February 2021, registered with Gangapur Police Station, Nashik.

Dr. Ashwini Takalkar, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent and the other learned Advocates appearing for the respective parties submit that Criminal Application No. 268 of 2022 be considered prior to the other regular Criminal Bail Applications. 5.

Mr. Parag Sutar, learned Advocate appearing for Respondent states that the arguing Counsel is in personal difficulty and therefore, prays for two weeks' time.
