The applicant is seeking modification of condition No.(B) of order dated 07.10.2024 on the ground that the applicant is under suspension from Police Department and during his period of suspension, he is required to mark his presence. He therefore seeks modification of the said condition.

For the reasons stated in paragraph Nos.10 to 12, the condition No.(B) stands modified and substituted and to be read as follows:

(B) The applicant shall not enter within the circumference of 500 meters from the place of stay of victim during the pendency of trial.
