By the present application the Applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 517 days in filing the present application seeking recall of the order dated 12 March 2024 passed in Criminal Writ Petition No.3192 of 2018.

Ms. Priya Patil, learned Advocate for the Applicant, states that it was on account of a bonafide mistake on part of the Advocate appearing/representing the Petitioners that they failed to remain present before the Court on 12 March 2024. She submits that for the fault of the Applicant's Advocate, the Petitioners should not be denied of an opportunity to advance their case in the said Writ Petition.

Mr. Tanveer Khan, learned APP for the Respondent/State fairly submits that Ms. Priya Patil having owned the Responsibility for the non-appearance on 12 March 2024, the delay in filing the application for recall be condoned as also the application for recall be allowed. 5.
Considering the statements made by Ms. Priya Patil, as recorded herein above, and the statements made in the application, the delay of 517 days in filing the application for recall is condoned. Consequently, the order dated 12 March 2024 passed in Criminal Writ Petition No.3192 of 2018 is recalled. Criminal Writ Petition No.3192 of 2018 is restored to file.

Interim Application No.480 of 2026 is allowed in above terms.
