By this application, the applicant is seeking reissue of passport. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has filed application for renewal of passport which is pending before respondent No.2 - Regional Passport Authority, hence direction be given to respondent No.2 to renew the passport of the applicant which is expired. 4.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that if application is pending, passport Authority shall decide the said application on its own 1/2
