This praecipe is moved by the learned counsel for the Applicant. He submitted that, his submissions recorded in paragraph-7 of the order dated 07.07.2025 were pertaining only to the stage of deciding this bail application and it should not come in his way at the final hearing stage. We have noted that, it was an undisputed fact and even during submission, Dr. Chaudhari did not dispute that fact that the deceased was given a lift by both the accused in the car in the morning.

Dr. Chaudhari submitted that it may be clarified that this submission was made only for the purpose of deciding this bail application and it should not come in his way at the time of final hearing stage.

It is quite obvious, and we have already clarified in paragraph-20 of the order that all these observations are made only for deciding this application for bail alone. These observations by the Court and the submissions made during the arguments at this stage, shall not come in the way of the applicant at the final hearing stage. With this observation, no further clarification is necessary. This order also be uploaded.
