This is the second time that the Applicant has preferred this application for bail pending his Appeal. On the previous occasion, he had filed I.A.No.2120 of 2021. On that occasion, the learned counsel for the applicant had not pressed that application. The Registry was directed to ensure that the paper-book was prepared as expeditiously as possible. The bail application was dismissed as not pressed.

Today, we heard the learned counsel for the applicant and we expressed our disinclination to grant relief in this application. Learned counsel, therefore, did not press this second application, as well. He submitted that since now the paper-book is ready as per the office remarks, the matter be listed for final hearing on the weekly final hearing board.

Considering this request, the present application is dismissed as not pressed. The Criminal Appeal No.704 of 2021 be added to the weekly final hearing board commencing from 04.08.2025.

The application is disposed of.
