Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for the State.

By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of conditions (b) and (d) imposed by imposed by this Court [Coram: Madhav J. Jamdar, J.] dated 12/04/2024, which read as under: "(b) The Applicant shall not enter the district- Pune after being released on bail, except for reporting to the Investigating Officer, if called and for attending the trial (d) The Applicant shall report to the Mohol Police

117- IA 514 of 2025.doc TIKAM Station, Solapur once a week, on Sunday between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. till the conclusion of the trial. The Police Inspector of Mohol Police Station, Solapur to communicate details thereof to the Investigating Officer." 3.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the Applicant and reasons mentioned in the application, I pass following order:

ORDER

(i) Interim Application No. 514 of 2025 is allowed. (ii) Conditions (b) and (d) as mentioned aforesaid are relaxed. (iii) Applicant shall attend the concerned police station, as and when required.

Interim application is disposed of accordingly. (SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J.)
