By this Application, the Applicant is praying for relaxation of the bail conditions imposed by this Court (Coram : S.M. Modak, J.) by order dated 6th March 2024. 2.
The learned counsel further submitted that, matter before the trial Court is posted for statement under Section 313 of Cr.P.C. Hence, conditions imposed on the Applicant be relaxed. 3.
The learned counsel APP strongly objected for relaxation of conditions.

I have heard both learned counsel. perused order passed by this Court.

While granting bail, this Court has imposed Conditions Nos.(iii), (vi) and (vii) as under :- (iii) After release on bail the Applicant shall not enter the village Pogaon, Taluka Bhiwandi till conclusion of this Sessions case of which trial is going on.
(vi)Applicant not to leave the territorial limits of the Thane District till conclusion of the trial of the Sessions Case No.221 of 2023.
(vii) Applicant to give attendance on every Monday from 1o to 12 noon to the nearest Police Station within the local limits of which he is going to stay during this period.

As matter is kept for statement under Section 313 of the Cr.P.C. The Applicant is attending Court dates regularly. 7.

ORDER
(i) The Conditions No.(iii), (vi) and (vii) imposed on the Applicant by this Court (Coram :S.M. Modak, J.) by order dated 6th March 2024 are relaxed.
(ii) The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
