Heard Mr. Taha, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Ganapathy, learned APP for Respondent.

On 25.02.2025, the following order was passed:- "1.

Heard Mr. Shenoy, learned Advocate for Applicants and Ms. Yadav, learned APP for State.

2. By present Interim Application, Applicant seeks relaxation of condition Nos. (iii), (vi) and (vii) in the bail order dated 15.07.2024 passed by this Court (Coram : S.M. Modak, J.). 3.

Mr. Shenoy would submit that he has been diligently complying with the said conditions but now considering the exigencies of the Applicants' family members as also his vocation as a farmer and his landed agricultural property situated in Village Pogaon, Taluka Bhiwandi, present Interim Application is filed to relax the said conditions.

4. Learned APP shall take appropriate instructions and apprise the Court on the next adjourned date.

Stand over to 28th February, 2025. To be placed under the caption "First on Board"."

Today, I have heard Ms. Ganapathy, learned APP for

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, condition No. (iii) in the Bail order dated 15.07.2024 stands deleted. 5.

Condition No.(vi) stands deleted and substituted by the following condition:- "(vi) Applicant is permitted to leave territorial limits of Thane District with permission of Sessions Court." 6.

In so far as condition No.(vii) is concerned, the same stands deleted and substituted by the following condition:- "(vii)Applicant shall register his attendance once in six months in Police Station of Taluka - Bhiwandi, or as and when called for by the Investigating Officer until the completion of trial."

This order shall be read alongwith Bail order dated 15.07.2024.

Interim Application is allowed and disposed.
