The Applicant seeks modification of condition (B) in paragraph 11 of the order dated 24th September 2024. By the said condition, the Applicant was directed to report to the office of the DCB CID Unit No.10 on the first Monday of every month during the pendency of the trial.

Heard Ms. Aruna Pai, learned counsel for the Applicant and Ms. Anuja Gotad, learned APP.

Considering that the Applicant has been regularly attending the office of the DCB CID Unit No.10 for the past two years and that the charges are not yet framed, I am inclined to modify the said condition. The modified condition shall read as under:

"The Applicant shall report to the office of the DCB CID Unit No.10 on the first Monday of every third month between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., till the charges are framed."

Rest of the order remains as it is.

5.

The Interim Application is partly allowed and stands disposed of accordingly.
