By an order dated 16th December, 2024 having considered the submissions made across the bar by the learned Counsel for the applicant-husband who was ready to deposit entire amount within six weeks i.e 50% amount within four weeks and remaining 50% amount within two weeks, interim relief was granted. Admittedly, the applicant has not deposited the amount.
