This is an applications for suspension of sentence and for bail. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

The applicant has been convicted for the offence punishable under Sections 353, 332 and 504 of Indian Penal Code, 1860. 4.

In view of above, the applicant's sentence is suspended and he is enlarged on bail, pending the hearing and final disposal of the appeal, on the following terms and conditions:-

ORDER

The applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing 1/2

S.S.Kilaje 54-IA-557-2025.doc P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

The Interim Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.
