This Interim Application is taken out to recall the order dated 22nd January 2025 passed by this Court, by which the Criminal Revision Application No.158 of 2022 has been dismissed for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the order dated 22nd January 2025 is recalled to the extent of dismissal of Criminal Revision Application No.158 of Sonali

911-IA-564-2025.DOC 2022 is concerned. The said Criminal Revision Application is restored to file and consequential interim order dated 13th July 2023 passed in Criminal Revision Application No.158 of 2022 also stands restored.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.

Mr. Faiz Ahmed Khan, learned Counsel appears for the Respondent-husband and states that he will file Vakalatnama in the main Criminal Revision Application No.158 of 2022. 5.

List the Criminal Revision Application No.158 of 2022 on 13th February 2025 at 02:30 p.m.
