The learned counsel for the Applicant submit that, co-accused have been released on bail, but condition imposed on the Applicant that, not to enter Daund City, District-Pune has not been imposed on them.

57-IA-571-2025 IN BA-3652-2022.doc the Condition No.(e) imposed by order dated 9th November 2023 by the Court of (Coram : G.A. Sanap, J.) is modified as under :- "(e) The Applicant shall not enter in the jurisdiction of Police Station Loni Kalbhor, District-Pune except for the trial till conclusion of the trial."
