CORAM : MILIND N. JADHAV, J.

DATE : FEBRUARY 14, 2025 P. C.

:

1.

Heard Mr. Rathod, learned Advocate for Applicants and Ms. Bajoria, learned APP for State.

2.

Applicants before me seek relaxation of bail condition appearing in paragraph No. 30(b) of the order dated 28.06.2024 which is a common order in 5 Bail Applications. Two out of the five co-accused are before the Court. Their names are stated in the title clause of this order.

907 & 908. IA 572-25 & 573-25.docx 3.

Perused the order dated 28.06.2024 passed by this Court as also the grounds stated in the Application. However without delineating on any of the grounds, the suggestion made by learned APP on instructions prima facie appears to be fair. Ms. Bajoria would submit that the said condition be considered for relaxation and Applicants be permitted to report to the Anti Extortion Cell, Mumbai Police once in three months. Considering the said suggestion to be fair, prima facie, I have put it across to Mr. Rathod, learned Advocate for Applicants. Mr. Rathod on instructions would agree to the same. In that view of the matter, without delineating anything on merits of the Applications, condition stated in paragraph No. 30(b) shall stand accordingly modified. This order shall be read along with order dated 28.06.2024 granting bail to the Applicants.

4.

It is clarified that both Applicants shall report to Anti Extortion Cell, Mumbai Police on first Monday of the month every three months beginning from the month of April 2025 onwards during pendency of the trial.

5.

With the above directions, both the Interim Applications are allowed and disposed.
