The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has already been filed against the co-accused, the husband of the deceased. The applicant is the married sister-in-law of the deceased and is not residing in the same house. 4.

There shall not be any coercive action against the applicant till the next date.
