This matter was taken out of turn because, according to the applicant she is facing lot of hardship. She submitted that when the main petition was dismissed till then the notices were not issued in the main writ petition. She submitted that the water supply to the flat is cut.

Taking into consideration this situation, we are considering this application for restoration of the writ petition. This particular application is for restoration of Criminal Writ Digitally signed by VINOD BHASKAR GOKHALE Date:

127-ia-578-25 Petition (ST) No.18124 of 2024. It was dismissed vide the order dated 12.11.2024. It was observed that the Petitioner in the petition did not appear on 01.10.2024 and on 12.11.2024. She submitted that her absence was unintentional. She was taking treatment at Delhi and, therefore, she could not remain present. 3.

Considering these submissions and in the interest of justice, we are inclined to allow this application. The delay of 46 days in filing this application is condoned.

The Criminal Writ Petition (ST) No.18124 of 2024 is restored to its original file. The main Criminal Writ Petition (ST) No.18124 of 2024 be listed on 25.02.2025.
