Perusal of the order dated 23.10.2024, and more particularly, paragraph No.12 indicates that it was the Applicant who had made a statement that in the event, the Applicant is enlarged on bail, the

Faced with this situation, upon the Court expressing its view of not being inclined to not entertain the Application, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to unconditionally withdraw the application.
