This is an application for condonation of delay of 131 days in filing Appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 22/07/2024 passed by the learned Special Judge, Mangaon, Raigad, in Special Case No.113/2020.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Applicant is in custody since November 2019. He is from MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Date: 2025.08.11 16:33:09 +0530 poor financial background. He could not engage a private Nesarikar

Learned APP does not have serious objection for condonation of delay.

Considering these submissions and in the interest of justice, the delay of 131 days in filing the Appeal is condoned. 5.
