Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition No.(c) imposed by order dated 11th March 2024 passed by this Court (Coram : Madhav J. Jamdar, J.) in aforesaid bail application. By the said condition, the applicant was directed to report to Satana Police Station, District-Nashik, once a week on Monday of every week between 11.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. until the conclusion of the trial. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that that chargesheet has been filed in the present case and the applicant is attending Court dates regularly, hence, requested to allow the application. 1/2

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 5.

Considering the submissions of both learned counsel as well charge-sheet has been filed and the applicant is attending the Court dates regularly, I pass the following order :

O R D E R

(I) The bail condition mentioned in clause (c) of the order dated 11th March 2024 passed by this Court (Coram : Madhav J. Jamdar, J.) is relaxed.

The interim application is allowed in above terms and stands disposed of.
