This is an application for suspension of sentence and for bail. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned APP for the State.

The Applicant has been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 120 (B) read with 409, 420, 471 of Indian Penal Code and Section 13(2) read with 13(1)(c) and 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

In view of above, the applicant's sentence is suspended and he is enlarged on bail, pending the hearing and final disposal of the appeal, on the following terms and conditions:- 1/2

ORDER

i.

The applicant be enlarged on bail in Special Case No. 68 of 2008, on furnishing P. R.Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount;

The Interim Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.
