503-IA-599-2025.doc under sections are erroneously typed as "under Section 120-B read with 409, 420 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 13(2) read with 13(1)(c) and 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988." the same be corrected and paragraph No.2 would read as under:- "The Applicant has been convicted for the offence punishable under Sections 420 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

After making correction para No.2, the rest of the order remains as it is.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the Applicant, the necessary correction be carried out in the original order and corrected order be uploaded on the official website. 6.
