Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has been convicted under Sections 420 and 471 of Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for one year and to pay fine of Rs.10,000/-. The Trial Court has suspended the sentence till appeal period, it is expired on 18.02.2025.

Considering the submission of both the learned counsel, the sentence is suspended till appeal period.
