The learned APP submits that a sum of 42,00,000/- has been ₹ repaid to 32 investors. However, the investigating officer has stated that, according to the statements of 9 victims who claim to have Amol D. Nawale

6-aba-3089-2024.doc received payments, these 9 victims are not among the 32 investors identified in the present crime.

Regarding the valuation of properties, the applicant Sunil Gunjal's properties are detailed in the table below:
