This application is for cancellation of condition No.(ii) in the order dated 9th April, 2018, whereby the Applicant was directed to attend the concerned Police Station on 1st Sunday of every month, between 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. till the conclusion of the trial.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that since April, 2018, the Applicant is regularly attending the concerned 1/2

2-ia617-25.doc Police Station and there is no propriety in directing him to attend the concerned Police Station any more. It is submitted that the trial has not commenced and hence the the said condition be cancelled.

Learned APP opposed the application.

The Applicant is attending the concerned Police Station since April, 2018. There is absolutely no justification to continue with the said condition. Hence the application stands allowed. Condition No.(ii) stands cancelled.
