Heard Mr. Satyam Nimbalkar, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Mr. Amit Palkar, learned APP for the State. 2.

Mr. Satyam Nimbalkar, learned Advocate for the Applicant, during the course of argument sought to raise an issue with regard to the grounds of arrest, not being furnished to the Applicant, thus according to him, a ground for release the Applicant on bail. 3.

Mr. Amit Palkar, learned APP for the State points out that the Applicant has not urged or raised such ground in the memo of bail application. Similarly, he submits that no such ground was raised before the Trial Court.

Faced with said situation, Mr. Satyam Nimbalkar, learned Advocate for the Applicant craves leave to amend the memo of the bail application to incorporate the ground in that regard. Mr. A. A. Palkar, does not object.

In view of the no objection given by the learned APP, leave granted to amend the memo of the application. Amendment to be carried out within three days from today and amended copy be served on the learned APP on or before the next date. 6.

At the request of Mr. Satyam Nimbalkar, learned Advocate for the Applicant and by consent of the parties, list the matter on 6th August, 2025.
