Heard Mr. Sangram Divekar, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. T.G. Khan, learned APP for State.

By the present Application, the Applicant has sought for the following substantial relief :

"a) That Relax Condition No. iii of the bail order dated 28th August 2024 and permit the Applicant to enter the territorial jurisdiction of Pune District,

subject to such terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper;"

Mr. Divekar, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that the Applicant is a labourer and he is finding it difficult to survive in a jurisdiction which is not his residential area. He submits that the indulgence sought in the present Application is on the ground of the said difficulty. He submits that the Applicant would abide by the remaining conditions imposed in the order dated 28th August, 2024. He therefore prays that the bail condition No. 9(iii) be relaxed.

Mr. Khan, learned APP for the State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer states that the prosecution does not object for allowing the Application and thereby relaxing the bail condition No. 9(iii).

In view of the no objection given by the Prosecution, Bail Condition No. 9(iii) of the Order dated 28th August, 2024 passed in the Criminal Bail Application No. 15 of 2024 is relaxed. It is clarified that all the other conditions in the said order dated 28th

August, 2025 shall continue.

Interim Application No. 622 of 2025 is disposed of in the above terms.
