Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant has been convicted for the offence under Section 354(A), 354(D) and 506(2) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short "IPC") and Sections 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 ("POCSO Act"). Considering these facts, the sentence is suspended till the next date. The temporary bail granted by the trial Court is continued till the next date.
