By this application, the Applicants are seeking modify or relax the bail conditions No.(iii) of the order dated 5th September, 2018 passed by (Coram: Prakash D. Naik, J.). 3.
Learned counsel for the Applicants submits that this Court has imposed condition No.(iii) on the Applicants, the Applicants are Shantanu S. Dhudum 1/2
85-IA-647-2025 (CR).doc directed to report the Investigating Officer of Kandivali police station once in a month on first Friday between 10 a.m. and 12 noon till further orders. Learned counsel further submitted that Applicants are attending concerned police station since 2018, they are employed and there is no possibility of them absconding. Hence, requested to allow the application.

Learned APP submits that appropriate order be passed. 5.
Considering the submissions of both learned counsel as well as reasons mentioned in the application, the applicant is attending the concerned police station since 2018, and I pass following order:-
ORDER
i. Application is allowed.
ii. The Condition No.(iii) imposed on the Applicants by order dated 5th September, 2018 passed by (Coram: Prakash D. Naik, J.) is hereby relaxed.
