Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant shall remain present before the Medical Officer for medical examination as per the aforesaid schedule.

In view of the above, stand over to 5th February 2026. 5.
The earlier order granting bail to the Applicant on medical grounds is extended till 9th February, 2026.
