DATE : FEBRUARY 05, 2026 ORDER :- Mr.Shalgaonkar, learned APP has produced a communication dated 05.02.2026, addressed to him by the Medical Superintendent of C.P.R. Hospital, Kolhapur. The concluding part of the communication is that the petitioner namely, Amol Jaywant Pawar was expected to go for his medical check up and examination in the Orthopedic Department. However, instead of that, he had been to the Neurology Department of the said hospital and as such, the requisite report as to medical status of the petitioner could not be procured and produced before this court.

Mr.Jadhav, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that under the bona ide mistake, the petitioner approached the wrong department and the same is unintentional act of the petitioner. He undertakes that the petitioner would present himself tomorrow itself, i.e. on 06.02.2026, in the Orthopedic Department of C.P.R. Hospital, Kolhapur, for check up and the report shall be placed before this court on the next date. 3.
Learned APP makes a statement that the petitioner shall be examined tomorrow, i.e. on 06.02.2026 and report thereof shall be produced before this court on 10.02.2026. At his request, stand over to 10.02.2026 at 02.30 p.m.

In view of the above, the bail granted by this court to the applicant, which is in operation till 09.02.2026, stands extended till 11.02.2026.
