Learned Advocate for the Applicant has filed a praecipe for speaking to the minutes of Order dated 30/07/2025. He states that the Applicant has three siblings - one married sister, one school going sister and a brother who has recently passed school. Including the Applicant, they are four siblings in total. Besides his siblings and mother, there is no one else in the family but in paragraph 3 of the Order, it has been inadvertently typed as " the Applicant, has two unmarried sisters, one of whom is school going. Besides his two sisters and mother, there is no one else in the family." 2) Therefore, the corrections are required to be carried out in the 04th August, 2025

Mr. Ponda, learned Senior Counsel for the Applicant has argued that the Applicant, has one married sister, one school going sister and a brother who has recently passed school. Besides his siblings and mother, there is no one else in the family. Therefore, if the Applicant is not allowed to attend to his father during the impending surgery, the same would cause serious prejudice to the interest of the family members. "

3) In view thereof, the Original Order dated 30/07/2025 be corrected and the corrected Order be uploaded on an Official Website of this Court.

4) Rest of the Order remains as it is.
