Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

By this application, applicant is seeking relaxation of the bail condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 27.09.2023 directing the applicant to attend Govandi Police Station, Mumbai once in a month i.e. on every 1st Monday of the month between 11.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. till framing of charge. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is resident of Tamilnadu. He is attending the police station since 1/2

Learned APP submits that appropriate order be passed. 4.

Considering the submission of both the learned counsel and reasons mentioned in the application, I pass following order.

ORDER

i.

Condition No. 8(ii) of order dated 27.09.2023 is modified as under.

"The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required."

The interim application is disposed of.
