Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for respondent-State.

By this application, the applicant is seeking modification of condition mentioned in clause (c) of the order dated 2nd April 2024 passed by this Court (Coram: Madhav J. Jamdar, J.) in the aforesaid bail application. By the said condition, this Court had directed the applicant to report to Rajarampuri Police Station, District-Kolhapur, once in a month i.e. on the first Sunday of every month between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. until the conclusion of the trial.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM is a resident of Mumbai, therefore, it is difficult for him to report to SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Date: 2025.02.26 10:42:31 +0530 Rajarampuri Police Station, District-Kolhapur, once in a month, as 1/2

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the applicant, I pass following order:

O R D E R

1.

The applicant shall attend Rajarampuri Police Station, District-Kolhapur, once in three months as per his convenience.
