Application is filed by Applicant for seeking modification and cancellation of condition No.34(iii) of order dated 06.05.2024. The reason given in the Application is that he is he is suffering from cancer and he intends to travel to Delhi for treatment. 4.

Respondent No.1 - Directorate of Enforcement is directed to depute a responsible counsel in the matter as I intend to hear the present Application on the next adjourned date and decide the same. Copy of this order shall be served on Respondent No.1 by Advocate for Applicant.
